Upon completion and full payment of the website design project, 1Page LLC grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the final website design (“Website”) solely for your business or personal purposes.

c. Third-party Materials:

Any third-party materials, including but not limited to softwares, plugins, codes, stock images, and templates, used in the development of the Website are subject to the respective intellectual property rights of their owners. You agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions imposed by the owners of such third-party materials.

d. Trademarks:

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any trademarks or service marks included in the Client Content provided to 1Page LLC. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1Page LLC from any claims or damages arising out of the unauthorized use of trademarks or service marks.

e. Feedback:

You may choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas (“Feedback”) regarding our services. By providing Feedback to 1Page LLC, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose without any obligation of compensation or attribution.

f. Confidentiality:

1Page LLC agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by you in connection with our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
